Greek Salad Wrap

    Sometimes I want a quick, light, and satisfying lunch. That’s when I make this Greek salad wrap — crunchy, fresh, and full of flavor. Perfect for busy days or picnic lunches.

    Ingredients

    • 1 large tortilla or flatbread
    • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup feta cheese
    • 2 tablespoons olives, sliced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper

    Method
    Mix cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta, and olives in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste. Spoon mixture onto the tortilla, roll tightly, slice in half, and enjoy.
