This bowl is my go-to when I need a cozy, nourishing breakfast. It’s creamy, fruity, and keeps me full for hours. I usually make it on slow mornings with a hot cup of coffee nearby.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
In a pot, combine oats and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick and creamy. Add honey and cinnamon. Top with berries and maybe a drizzle of peanut butter if you’re feeling extra.
