Chocolate Mousse

    There are desserts that impress, and then there’s chocolate mousse — smooth, rich, and impossibly elegant for how simple it actually is.

    What You’ll Need:

    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 3 eggs, separated
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream

    How to Make It:
    Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly. In another bowl, whip the egg whites with sugar until fluffy. Then fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolks, followed by the whipped whites and finally the cream.

    Pour into small cups and chill for a few hours.

    How It Feels:
    Like velvet. Sweet, dark velvet that melts on your tongue.

    Serving Idea:
    I top it with whipped cream or raspberries. Sometimes both — because why choose?
