Garlic Butter Shrimp

    Garlic butter shrimp is one of my all-time favorite quick dinners. Juicy shrimp cooked in a fragrant garlic butter sauce is irresistible. The best part? It takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish! Serve it over rice, pasta, or with a crusty baguette to soak up all the delicious sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley, chopped

    Instructions

    1. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
    3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
    4. Add remaining butter and lemon juice, tossing shrimp to coat evenly.
