Mini Caprese Skewers

    These mini Caprese skewers are my ultimate go-to appetizer for parties or light snacks. They’re fresh, colorful, and taste amazing. Plus, they’re incredibly easy to assemble — just stack cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a skewer and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Everyone always asks for the recipe!

    Ingredients

    • 20 cherry tomatoes
    • 20 small mozzarella balls
    • 20 fresh basil leaves
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Toothpicks or small skewers

    Instructions

    1. On each toothpick, thread a cherry tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
