Spinach & Feta Omelette

    Omelettes are my favorite go-to breakfast when I want something quick and nutritious. This spinach and feta omelette is flavorful, fluffy, and packed with protein. I love how easy it is to make and how versatile it can be — add your favorite herbs or veggies for a personal twist.

    Ingredients

    • 3 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
    • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter

    Instructions

    1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
    3. Pour egg mixture over spinach and cook until edges begin to set.
    4. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
    5. Fold omelette in half and cook another 1–2 minutes until set.
    6. Serve warm immediately.
