Today, I’m sharing my favorite avocado and spinach smoothie — creamy, nutrient-packed, and super easy to make. I love this recipe because it’s both satisfying and incredibly healthy. The avocado adds creaminess while spinach packs a punch of vitamins and minerals. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even post-workout fuel.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 2 cups fresh spinach
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
    • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Ice cubes (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Wash your spinach thoroughly and pat it dry.
    2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
    3. Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
    4. Add spinach, avocado, banana, and almond milk to a blender.
    5. Blend until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
