Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sour cream or salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender.
- Place a tortilla in another skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly.
