Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Butter and lightly dust ramekins with cocoa powder.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Fold melted chocolate mixture into the eggs. Sift in flour and add a pinch of salt, gently folding until combined.

- Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
