    Green smoothies are my secret weapon for a quick energy boost and a healthy start to the day. This green detox smoothie combines spinach, kale, apple, and cucumber for a refreshing drink full of vitamins and minerals. It’s light, tasty, and keeps me energized all morning.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup spinach
    • 1 cup kale
    • 1 small cucumber, chopped
    • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • 1 cup water or coconut water
    • Ice cubes (optional)

    Instructions
