Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

    These Spicy Roasted Chickpeas are crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking. I made them to have a healthy alternative to chips, and they quickly became addictive.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp chili powder
    • Salt

    Instructions:
    Toss chickpeas with oil and spices. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until crispy. Shake the pan halfway through.

    Tips: For extra crunch, pat chickpeas dry before seasoning.
