Smoothies have always been my morning reset button. This Tropical Green Smoothie combines pineapple, mango, and spinach for a drink that feels refreshing but also nourishing. I first experimented with this combination after buying a bag of fresh spinach I didn’t want to go to waste. The fruit masks the green taste, making it sweet and smooth while still packing vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust consistency with extra coconut water if needed. Serve immediately.
Tips: Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture and a naturally cold drink.
